Watermelon & Mint Protein Smoothie

Ingredients: 

Process: 

  1. Blend the watermelon, ice and mint leaves together.
  2. Add in the protein powder, blend until smooth and sip away! 
  3. Serves 2

Strawberry & Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop Nourish Whey or Nourish Vegan Protein in Vanilla 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 ¼ cup fresh strawberries, sliced 
  • 10 whole almonds 
  • 2 tablespoons water, coconut water or favorite milk 
  • ½ – 1 cup ice cubes 

Process: 

  1. Blend the frozen banana, fresh strawberries, almonds and liquid of choice until mixed together. Then, toss in the ice cubes and blend until smooth. 
  2. Add the protein powder and blend until everything is evenly mixed. 
  3. Serves 1

Peaches & Cream Protein Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop Nourish Whey or Nourish Vegan Protein in Vanilla 
  • 1 cup milk of choice 
  • ½ cup greek or non-dairy yogurt 
  • ¾ cup frozen peach slices 
  • 4 ice cubes 
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional) 

Process: 

  1. Blend the milk, yogurt, frozen peach slices and honey or agave together. Then, add in the ice cubes and blend until smooth. 
  2. Lastly, blend in the protein powder and enjoy.
